    Since mail carriers change a lot. I find my current mail carrier delivering my mail to the house next door that is vacant. Do they not read the address of the mail? I guess not. This is an issue and someone needs to train the mail carriers to READ. I am fed up with the stupidity and expect my mail to be delivered in my mailbox as the mail states the address. What is so hard about this?
